Monster is a great resource for job-searching, but it isn’t the only place where you can post your resume online. Check out these three career websites to post your resume online and find the perfect post-college job for you.

Hot Resumes is one of the largest going resume positing sites. I like to use this service along with Monster, especially because it is completely free! You can search jobs and even have your resume critiqued by experts, so there’s really no reason NOT to sign up at Hot Resumes.

Resume Rabbits is not free, but when you upload your resume on this site, it is automatically submitted to dozens of other websites (including Monster). So, this is a way to save time. When your hunting for jobs, that’s sometimes really important. Make sure you understand what you’re getting for your money, though.

Technically, this isn’t a place to post your resume (yet), but it is a great resource for finding a job. It’s free to sign up, and you can browse by location or keyword.

When searching for a job, get your resume out there to as many people as possible. That way, you’ll be most likely to get multiple job offers, allowing you to pick a job that’s right for you.
